Great service!!! Cory was personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the problems that he came across. He was upfront regarding fees and pricing, and gave me options regarding how and when to handle the issues that he found. Later the same day I had a plumbing issue and Julian took excellent care of me. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I recommend both of them to anyone and everyone without reservation!

Chance was great. He called me in the morning and let me know he could be at my home early and accommodated my time frame. He was thorough with diagnosing the problem with my solar and kept me up to date as he worked. Will definitely call #1 in the future!

These guys are pros. They scheduled a visit (next day! after my call) and Chance arrived on time, displayed strong domain knowledge on solar power, explained what was going on, called vendors looking for warranty coverage, etc. Then Vincent swung by and they looked at my solar arrays and explained options that would get my system back on line sooner and more efficiently. I am very impressed with this outfit compared to my experience with other outfits. 100% recommended. FOLLOW-UP: Chance, Shone, Vinny, and Louese arrived and did 90% of the install in one day. When they left, my solar arrays were producing power. They’ll return in a day or two to finish the ground rods for safety. Still five stars! FINAL (9/13/24): They arrived early in the morning and had the job 100% within 2.5 hours. Cables look nice and tidy, ground rods are installed, Solar arrays are producing power. Recommended.

Luis was fantastic. He was thorough, professional, informative and provided multiple options. He let us know when to expect him, he was on time and communicated every step and even let us know all the services the company provided in case we need anything else! Our experience working with Luis was great!

Nathan came by today and assessed our heater and was able to quickly and efficiently replace a part to ensure that we have heat. He also helped swap our thermostat for a digital one. I super appreciate Number One because they have always responded quickly and are thorough in their assessment and have fair pricing.

Chance And Jay were the two young men who worked on removing our solar panels they were very courteous, polite, and informative as to what they were doing. I would recommend these two young men to do a job for anybody anytime thank you so very much for a professional job. Well done.

We hired this company to upgrade our electrical panel and put in an AC unit back in May. Everyone is great, very professional. We had a small hiccup and were sure if it was related. It turned out to be a different issue but our house is sort of like a puzzle with all the work it had done from previous owners. Luis answered so quick, scheduled, and kept us informed the whole way. I’m so relieved he found the issue, and fixed it, no problem. We’ll always come to these guys.
